About Us

Lacrosse has been a part of Paramus for 15+ years.  Each year we aim to continue growing our number of athletes and level of play.  Our goal is to teach valuable life skills, such as teamwork, sportsmanship, courage, and a strong work ethic.  We encourage our athletes to accept competitive challenges and play at their highest ability and potential.  Thank you to all the coaches, families, recreation department, and other volunteers who continue to make the experience of playing Paramus lacrosse a memorable one.
